3. Purchase of prepaid credit
4. Purchase internet data packages
5. Payment of ZISWAF
6. Postpaid credit payments
7. Telkompay payments (phone and indihome bills)
8. Payment of Riau Samsat, Riau Archipelago Samsat, and National Samsat
9. Payment of PBB of Riau and Riau Islands
10. Payment of other regional taxes in Riau and Riau Islands
How do I register to be able to use the BRKS mobile facility?
Customers can register online through the BRKS mobile application on the Registration menu or through Customer Service at the nearest Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Office
What are the requirements that must be met if I want to register via the BRKS mobile application?
1. The customer's mobile number must be registered with the bank
2. The customer's savings or current accounts must have an active ATM/Debit Card facility
3. The customer must download and install the BRKS mobile application on the smartphone
What if the cellphone number used for BRKS mobile registration is different from the one recorded in the Bank Riau Kepri Syariah system, and the registration process fails?
Customers need to update mobile number data through Customer Service at the nearest Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Office by bringing the original e-KTP, savings book, and Bank Riau Kepri Syariah ATM/Debit Card
